Pastor Del Rogers is the senior pastor of Champion Baptist Church. He was saved at age 18 in a small country church after hearing a message on the “Blood of Christ." He met his wife Alice at that same church, and they were married two years later. Pastor Rogers is a Bible college and seminary graduate who has been a pastor for over 40 years. He and his wife Alice have five children; all of whom serve in fundamental Baptist churches. They have 25 grandchildren; many of them are currently attending or have graduated from Bible college.

John and Mary Emmons are faithful youth leaders with a heart for young people.  At Champion Baptist Church, we believe in investing in the youth of today to develop tomorrow's church leaders.  Young people attend monthly activities where they fellowship, participate in various activities such as game nights, Christian movie nights, corn mazes, and youth meetings, and study God's Word.  They also attend annual youth conferences and Christian camps throughout the year.
